Been gym-ing of late with Wendy and Lydia because of this 1-week free trial at Planet Fitness. We even tried HOT yoga and it's not what you think. They really pushed up the temperature to 29deg in the room and we had to do yoga in there. Perspired liked hell inside, lol. And after that went treadmilling, and I actually finished 3km in 25 minutes! Kudos to me, although I still failed napfa, ha. But I haven't exercised that much for a long time ever since A'levels. Anyway this free trial thing really got my lazy butt away from my computer and now I'm more determined than ever to use the gym downstairs to the fullest, whoo.
Anyway recently I was packing the drawer full of photo albums and I realised my parents LOVED taking pictures of us when we were young. There were at least 20-30 albums man. Found some really cute ones.... I'm only going to put up a few 'cos there are too many.
